Scuba diving from Port Douglas offers both certified and introductory divers the opportunity to visit some of the most pristine areas that can be found on the Outer Great Barrier Reef, within reach of a day trip. The areas most frequently visited from Port Douglas are Agincourt Reef; Opal Reef; St Crispins Reef, and Tongue Reef. Each of these reefs boast a wide variety of topographies, from walls and slopes to vibrant coral gardens; all bursting with wildlife of all shapes and sizes. A few of these creatures that we see on a regular basis include reef sharks; sea turtles; swirling schools of barracuda; incredible cuttlefish; colourful nudibranchs, and much more!
